Dr. Upendra Kinjawadekar, is a senior paediatrician from Mumbai. He is the President of Indian Academy of Paediatrics, a national body of Paediatricians with over 40,000 members. A supporter of the activities of Sneh Deep Trust from many years, Dr. Kinjawadekar is excited to be a part of CSC. He was a keynote speaker at the International Day of Disabled Persons seminar on 3.12.2022 held at Nirali Hospital Auditorium.
Dr. Shakunatala Prabhu is a senior paediatrician of B.J.Wadia Children's Hospital at Parel. Dr. Shakuntala is the backbone of CSC and guides our patients to get specialised referral to Pediatric Surgeons, plastic surgeons and investigations.
Dr. Sangeeta Varty is a senior ENT surgeon from Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College, Sion, Mumbai. She specialises in Cochlear Implant Surgery and is a senior consultant at Ali Yavar Jung National Institute for Hearing Handicapped and P.D. Hinduja National Hospital, Mumbai. She guides hearing handicapped children of CSC for various therapies and surgery.
Dr. Siddhant R Naik is a Consultant Orthopaedic and Joint Replacement Surgeon with over 10 years experience. He is a consultant at Nirali | A M Naik Charitable Healthcare Facility. Criticare Group, Surya Hospital and Raheja Hospital. He holds a Fellowship in Pediatric Orthopaedics from BJ Wadia Hospital, Mumbai besides an International Fellowship in Hip and Knee Surgery from Bern Switzerland.
Aruna Ranganathan is one of the key persons in guiding Sneh Deep Trust to set up the Centre for Special Children at Nirali Hospital, Powai. She was an Executive at L&T infotech for over a decade. She is involved in social activities through various groups in her industry. She co-ordinates some of the activities of the Centre and helps in organising seminars as well as administrative work.
Neelam Potdar has been associated with the Centre for Special Children from its inception. She was a Business Analyst with Tech Mahindra for several years. She has designed a mobile digital model ‘Saksham’ for under privileged ladies, and senior citizens, She is actively involved with NGOs like Sneh Deep Trust, Centre for the study of Social change, Spine Foundation organization and Manav Sadhan Vikas Sanstha. She has been instrumental in setting up our digital platforms as well as this website.
With over 28 years experience as a Counselor working closely with leading physicians, she is a Consultant at Nanavati Max multispeciality hospital VileParle Mumbai. She arranges organ donation programs, medical camps, gives motivational talks etc. She is an active trustee of various foundations in Mumbai.
Dr. Ramesh is a senior paediatrician from Mumbai. With over 3 decades of experience, Dr. Iyer is a Hon. Consultant at L.H.Hiranandani Hospital at Powai. He treats a large number of disabled children and is involved with various charitable organisations.
Mr. Anil Chindani is a finance professional with over 30 years of Senior Management experience in organisations like Danaher Corporation, Monsanto and Siemens Healthcare. He has been an energetic social worker for many years. The challenges of under-privileged children in the area of education and health are close to his heart and he loves to contribute to this cause.
Claudius Fernandes has been in the field of software development for the past 35 years. He has been running his own software business for all these years. Alongside he has also been doing some social work with some NGO's. Claudius is an accomplished photographer and assists CSC in maintaining photographic records of all our events besides helping us conduct camps in various organisations.
Ratnamala Sharma was a teacher at Vibgyor High group of schools following a stint as a senior cabin crew member with Jet Airways. She honed exceptional customer service expertise and enjoys interacting with children. Her skills encompass curriculum development, counselling to children as well as adults and developing digital promotional materials. As an active participant in Sneh Deep Trust she assists in counselling children, their parents as well as managing the CSC OPD.
Prema Raghuraman is an an IATA certified Safety Management Trainer and an active social worker. She was instrumental in leading a team which conducted soft skills training programmes during her 3 decades of service with Air India. She handled both domestic and international cargo sales as well as marketing thereby ensuring good revenues for the company. She assists in managing the OPD as well as staff of CSC.
Dharmen Dixit has been in the field of air conditioning for the past 25 years. He runs Eendee Sales & Service from his office in Goregaon. He is actively involved with various large projects including Larsen & Toubro Ltd. He is an active social worker and has been associated with Sneh Deep Trust for over a decade.
Sriram is an Electronics & Telecommunication systems’ engineer with 27 years in leadership roles with the Indian Navy, he had the opportunity to helm tech-intensive Operations and Projects. In his’re-attired' avatar Commodore Sriram is a "Facilitator of Conversations". He wears the hats of a Coach, Mentor, Facilitator and Trainer. At Centre for Special Children he helps the team to expand its scope of work so as to impact greater number of people in society besides drawing incorporates whose mission is aligned with our work.
Dr Jagdish TD, MDS is a specialist dental surgeon with expertise in mouth diseases and dental radiology. With an experience of over 2 decades he has a clinic in Andheri West, Mumbai. He is actively involved in social activities and has been an active alumnus of Holy Family High School, Andheri East.
